Our “full service” commitment means you get much more than platters of food. We’ll talk to you about the type of event, your tastes and your budget, and then craft recommendations. We can also provide consultation and management for everything from venue to music.

Learning the recipe for success

There are many different types of personalities and work habits—but everybody eats. People instantly “get” the idea of following a recipe for success when it’s about food—even if they’ve never cooked.


ICE BREAKER SESSIONS

BLUE PLATE SPECIAL will design a party that’s not only fun, but a team-building experience as well. We’ll start with a half-hour cocktail session. Then, we’ll move into the kitchens where people are divided into teams and spend the next hour and a half preparing a full lunch or dinner. One group will do the entré, the other the dessert, and so on. The party ends with everyone enjoying the meal.


COOKING RETREATS

These are half day to full day sessions, custom designed for your company and culture. For example, we might—as we did for one client—start people off on a scavenger hunt to find ingredients. Then, the chopping, cooking, baking and team-building begins.
