Our full service commitment means you get much more than platters of food. We’ll talk with you about the type of event, your tastes and your budgets and then craft recommendations. We also provide consultation and management for everything from venue to music.

BLUE PLATE SPECIAL often cooks “on location” (in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico) to ensure food is at its peak, from appetizers to dessert. We’ve done everything from a pig roast to made-to-order sushi outdoors and under the stars.
