Ice Breaker Sessions
Blue Plate Special will design a party that’s not only fun, but a team-building experience as well. We’ll start with a half-hour cocktail session. Then, we’ll move into the kitchens where people are divided into teams and spend the next hour and a half preparing a full lunch or dinner. One group will do the entré, the other the dessert, and so on. The party ends with everyone enjoying the meal.
