We had our daughter’s wedding in a National Forest close to ABQ. Unfortunately the forest managers imposed a “no open flame” restriction on the venue shortly before the date of the wedding. The folks at Blue Plate Special found a way to provide flame-less heat for the hot dishes. The hot dishes were served hot, the cold dishes were served cold, and all were delicious.
